Picsart Challenge - Create web applications that leverage Picsart APIs to solve a business/real world problem. (2)

1st Place: A gift card of $1000
2nd Place: A gift card of $500
$2500 worth of Picsart API call credits for both the winners
Questions - Contact: devsupport@picsart.io

Picsart APIs empower creativity on any platform through a suite of APIs that transform images. Imagine being able to restore blurry, old pictures or create a unique pattern from a captivating image, or transform your pictures in the style of a famous painter! All of these are possible with a single API call. Our APIs are particularly suited to the Print industry, Ad industry, e-commerce industry among others.

The intent of this challenge is NOT simply to transform images BUT to create a web application that leverages the APIs to solve a business/real world problem or an application that creates additional value by making it easier to interact with our APIs. To qualify for a submission, participants have to include a description of how their application achieves this qualification.

Some examples of what a challenge might be:

- Create a visual interface to manipulate images using Picsart APIs, Think multiple transformations and user experience of making it easy to use.
- A print site that brings blurry old family pictures to life.
- An application that allows users to edit/transform images according to a standard (background must be white, or exported picture must be of a certain resolution, etc)
- A profile creator for social media sites (banner, thumbnails etc)
- Developer tools that might make it easy for others to consume APIs

We've put together an FAQ/notes (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bOFjOFvotaxrXlh1Wt_8sIbm3-FqA3xl7j-OdB-Gl6Y/edit?usp=sharing) to make it easy for participants to navigate this challenge. If you run into any issues or have any questions, reach out to us at devsupport@picsart.io

Happy Hacking!

Linx (apiplatform.io) Challenge - Data2Money & Build@Speed Challenge (2)

1st Place: $1,000 in cash and a $1,000 credit for publishing and using APIs through apiplatform.io
2nd Place: $500 in cash and a $500 credit for publishing and using APIs through apiplatform.io
Questions - Contact: experience@apiplatform.io

apiplatform.io is a NO-CODE, NO-OPS Platform which instantly transforms data from multiple data sources and OpenAPI Specifications into deployable and secured CRUD APIs as required by the user. The Platform also provides users with the capability to define complex application logic without code using blocks representing programming and pre-built integrations allowing the user to develop solutions for a wide variety of use cases. The Platform’s Visual Workflow Builder enables users to create a complete process map or import a BPMN diagram for their solution and employ in-built configurable process elements for API connectors, custom code and scripts, human interactions and more.

Mission:

Use the power of apiplatform.io to:
•Transform your Data or Design into APIs and integrate with world class applications.
•Migrate and monetize your data in minutes and integrate with world class applications.
•Modernize your legacy applications by making them interact with other applications.

Build a solution for any industry problem or requirement by creating or integrating APIs from pre-built accelerators available on apiplatform.io. Use as many apiplatform.io features as required to build your solution. The more features you use and the more complex the problem you address, the better your chances to win!

Eligibility Criteria:

•You must create a user account on apiplatform.io
•You must register AT LEAST ONE API on apiplatform.io by transforming from an EXTERNAL database OR file OR by transforming from an OpenAPI Specification.
•You must use AT LEAST ONE of the Application Logic Builder or the Workflow Builder to build your solution.
•You must use AT LEAST ONE API from a pre-loaded service provider OR AT LEAST ONE pre-built accelerator on apiplatform.io to build your solution.
•You must deploy your solution as an API using apiplatform.io
•You must invite the following emails (saldin@apiplatform.io, harivignesh@apiplatform.io) as users with required permissions to view your solution inside your DEV environment.

Submission:

•Please submit a brief write-up of the use-case or requirement which you addressed through your solution built using apiplatform.io
•Please submit details on the final solution deployed as an API, i.e., API Name, Version, and Method Types.
•Please include a video which describes your submission as well as shows it working on apiplatform.io. This video will be made public later through our YouTube channel.
•Please submit three points of feedback on your experience on using apiplatform.io (this can be included in the same document as the use case and solution write-up)

Foxit Software Challenge #1 - Build a secure invoicing application that covers document generation and management, view/edit, esignatures and additional workflows. (2)

1st Place: $2000 in gift cards plus $2000 worth of eSign API envelopes
2nd Place: $1000 in gift cards plus $1000 worth of eSign API envelopes
Questions - Contact: marketing@foxitsdk.com

We want to see entrants build advanced invoicing applications using open-source APIs and leverage our core technology from SDKs and eSign APIs to take fintech, document management and eSign solutions to the next level. There are many solutions out there, but not many are pushing technology and industries forward. We’d like to see what you can come up.

It's preferred that you use both eSign API (invoicing application and esignatures) and PDF SDK for Web (document generation, management and viewing/editing) in your challenge submission. You are free to use any open-source libraries in your project so get creative!

Here are some suggested technologies to incorporate in your project:

• Blockchain
• Biometric data
• Facial recognition
• Barcodes
• Payment gateway APIs
• Foxit PDF SDK for advanced management of documents

This project has been built exclusively for this Hackathon, but you will need to look at documentation for Foxit eSign, PDF SDK for Web and other example apps.

Foxit Software Challenge #2 - Build an innovative web service that can securely capture and process payment information as part of the eSignature process. (2)

1st Place: $2000 in gift cards plus $2000 worth of eSign API envelopes
2nd Place: $1000 in gift cards plus $1000 worth of eSign API envelopes
Questions - Contact: marketing@foxitsdk.com

We want entrants to use Foxit eSign APIs to:

Upload and send any agreements for esignature that need payment processing prior to fulfillment of services.

Add a Payment Authorization form to capture Credit Card or ACH information with fillable fields to be electronically signed. Payment authorization can be combined with the service fulfillment agreement or sent separately immediately after the service fulfillment agreement is signed.

Payment should be processed seamlessly in the end.

A task notification to the fulfillment team with the details from the agreement would be an appealing feature.

Here are some suggested technologies to incorporate in your project:

• Blockchain
• Biometric data
• Facial recognition
• Barcodes
• Payment gateway APIs

Any alternative flow to capture and process payment through any major payment gateway is welcome. Security aspects to maintain PCI compliance will get bonus points.
